Baltimore, MD
Charm City's mural culture is one of the most ambitious on the East Coast. The Station North Arts and Entertainment District anchors a scene that stretches into Hampden's quirky row-house blocks and the historic waterfront of Fells Point. Open Walls Baltimore brought international artists to vacant buildings; what grew out of that energy never stopped — this is a city that paints itself back to life.

All artists →Nether
Baltimore-born street artist whose Station North walls helped define the visual identity of the city's arts district revival. Nether's work moves between photorealist portraiture and abstract surface treatments, often on the same piece — his "Open City" mural on Charles Street is considered a landmark of the Open Walls Baltimore legacy.
Kelsey Montague
New York–based muralist known for interactive wing installations across dozens of cities. Her Hampden piece takes a different turn — a dense, embroidery-inspired textile pattern referencing Baltimore's historic row-house traditions and the craftsmanship of the neighborhoods that line "The Avenue." A work made for and about the neighborhood it's in.
GAIA
Andrew Pisacane — known as GAIA — is one of the most recognized names in American street art and a Baltimore native son. His wheat-paste and paint-based murals explore power, ecology, and urban memory. His Greenmount West work remains one of the most discussed pieces from the Open Walls Baltimore program.
